Any damage resulting from, during, and/or after a paid vehicle service will be granted a free quote and diagnosis on further repairs. Discounts on labor are negotiable. However, no reimbursement will be made for costs of parts, tools, or other equipment necessary for the service. Damage claims must be brought to the service technician that completed the service or repair within forty-eight hours of the vehicle being returned to you as the customer. Damage resulting from improper/defective replacement parts will be warranted through the part manufacturer or retailer, no refund on service completed with faulty parts, secondary repairs will be made at a discounted price or free of charge at the discretion of the service technician. Any estimates given at any time prior to the vehicle service are not a final price guarantee. Millies Automotive LLC is entitled to a minimum of one non-cash payment method on file for any service performed using parts supplied by Millies Automotive LLC.
